Story abstract

“The journey through the major Arcana begins with an inexperienced young man, who sets off in search of fortune. Through the first seven tarots, he will go through the earthly journey in the material world. His first meetings are with a series of earthly authorities, starting with a street wizard, a Virgin Popess, a maternal empress, a paternal emperor and an authoritarian Pope. After finding true love, the young man becomes the most powerful human being he can be, and his earthly journey is over.

At this point, the young man is confronted with a greater authority. This leads him to reconsider his world and to withdraw from society, because only in this way he can truly learn about the processes of life and the disciplines necessary to consolidate his inner strength.

He faces a very difficult test only to lose everything: thus he discovers the meaning of life and is able to end his spiritual journey.

The heavenly phase of his journey can now begin. After finally overcoming his fears, and breaking his pride and stubbornness, the young man rises to the sky, faces a final test and becomes deserving of the biggest reward.

The journey depicted by the major Arcana is a metaphor for growth: through learning, by overcoming suffering, we reach wisdom and knowledge. It’s everyone’s story.”
